Spray the polish over the floor (don't rub it in, just let the spray settle) and wait for it to dry. While you're waiting, you can make a warning sign... warning: slippery floor. Okay, let about four minutes pass and take off your shoes and put on your socks and skate away. Okay, it's not really ice, but it's still fun nonetheless.
